We specialise in the resourcing of high calibre candidates for the Digital/IT sectors. The uniqueness of our service is the reason we are now why we are the first port of call for clients like Wunderman, Synthesio, Unique Digital, Webjam, 1000Heads, Linkedin, Icrossing, ThomasCook, 6Consulting, 192.com, Jellyfish, Brandwidth and ITV.com.

Where other agencies will charge you a 'head hunters' fee for securing you the right candidate, we see direct targeting of the most suitable candidates all part of our normal resource & selection service, at no extra cost!

Other agencies tend to branch out in their recruitment to other sectors of industry, we do not. Our claim to be specialists within the digital/IT sectors is evidenced by our policy not to accept vacancies that do not fall within these sectors. We actively pursue strategic relationships with different sector specific recruiters to enable a better service for our clients. If the vacancy they offer us is not within our specialism then we involve a strategic recruitment partner who offers that specialism.

Our fees are fixed, they do not increase depending on salary nor change according to geographic post codes. We do not anticipate that the candidates we find our clients are short term, however we understand circumstances change and where this occurs and a candidate we place leaves the clients employ, we resource again either free of charge or at a discounted rate depending on length of employment.

We are innovative in our strategy to resource. We do not rely on traditional in-house or web based databases of CVs to resource our candidates. We utilize all the social media platforms and networking environments as tools.

We aim to build mutually beneficial long term relationships with our clients and we encourage them to view us as an extension of their business. It is our intention to highlight the specialism of our clients advocating their services within the viral environment that we as business owners often inhabit.

The candidates that we have placed have often become a client at a later date. Our commitment to client and candidate alike ensuring both their needs are met brings us repeat business and new business time and time again. We try to fit environments and cultures not just qualifications and experience.

This benefits the candidate in terms of job satisfaction and the client in retention rates and productivity.

We offer our clients a managed recruitment service. This is particularly relevant where there is a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) in place. The benefit to clients of running a PSL is time they save in dealing with agencies, the disadvantage is however far greater, the clients are affectively limiting their pool of candidates and potential employee choice.

Our Master Vendor status means we deal with all suppliers on your behalf delegating vacancies, spot checking their recruitment processes and resourcing tools. We create a more cost effective, efficient time managed and quality control recruitment process. However this does include assessing the in-house recruitment processes of clients such as CV assessment of hiring managers, interview procedures and time processes.

It is our aim to offer cost effective staffing solutions to all of our clients and in some cases this means our approach has to be adaptable and visionary. We care about the clients corporate vision as well as our own vision and we take this on board when we either recruit for you or manage your recruitment processes.
